This combination sports center and warehouse development is situated in the vibrant city of Surrey. The triangular shape of the lot presented a significant challenge, as it is adjacent to ALR zoned land and train tracks, each with its own set of requirements and regulations. Nevertheless, the complex was designed to maximize utility, accommodating four warehouse units, four office spaces, a restaurant, and a large volleyball training facility in two separate buildings. The asymmetrical design of the sports facility perfectly complements the irregular shape of the site, while the roof's large curvature and ample window glazing draw pedestrians' attention, similar to other sports complexes in the city. This development is filling the need for recreational facilities and commercial warehouses in the ever-growing city.
